This is from June 1994. It's not bad. The design is typically undetailed, untextured, and angular, but there are lots of monsters - mostly shotgun men, so the killing is swift and bloody. There are several baddies stuck in the walls, and overall the level doesn't really stand out. Oddly, the "boss battle" happens early on, and the ending has an odd bit with some early voodoo dolls.
