Clearly, the focus is on DM here, although the set is playable solo as well. Too easy because of all the weapons (these should have been made DM-only) but worth a quick playthrough. E1M3 is kind of puzzly and is the standout in the set.

Description             :

The zip file contains 6 small/medium size levels which have been
designed primarily for deathmatch mode with 2 players; all 
weapons are available and there are numerous areas for ambush.
However, all levels have been designed to flow well in single 
player mode too.

First level: This starts out as hand to hand combat with an Imp
audience.  A switch raises you out of the ring and a second 
switch opens up four adjoing rooms.

Second level: This is very compact, with rooms located off a
walkway, which surround a courtyard.

Third level: This contains several tall towers, which need to be
fought through to gain access to the exit.  The idea is based on 
a hydro-electric station.

Fourth level: This is based on a tanker/supply ship; be carefull
not to fall overboard.

Fifth level: This is based on a high security prison which has been
taken over by monsters.

Sixth level: This is based on an underground complex, with stores
for ammo and health, a comms room and a generator.

 dsgrp1ii.wad - Doom II version wad with all six levels
 dsgrp1i.wad - Doom version wad with all six levels
