| This is dated May 2005. It's a simple retro level with a non-linear design; you alternate between a dungeon and a hell-themed section. The layout is very simple and the detailing is old-fashioned, with a couple of texture errors. The gameplay is pretty unchallenging too, but overall I enjoyed it. Despite the negative reviews above, I felt that the level recaptured the sense of wonder I felt when I played Doom for the first time; the smooth motion, the shading etc. | x | |
