| I haven't played the original, although it is apparently not bad. This map looks and plays like a vintage 1994 level, but there's a decent lot of monsters and the action doesn't stop, so it's not boring, just very mundane. Against it, there aren't many Doom II monsters, and you can often just run past them (especially the "final battle"). It's a bit behind the curve for 1996, even January 1996. | x |
