The difficulty settings can be used to customize the level:
* Iï¿½m Too Young To Die ï¿½  No monsters, no BFG 9000, reduced damage taken, and double ammo for each item collected.
* Hey, Not Too Rough ï¿½ No monsters, no BFG 9000.
* Hurt Me Plenty ï¿½ Monsters, BFG 9000.
* Ultra-Violence ï¿½ Monsters, no BFG 9000.
* Nightmare! ï¿½ Monsters, respawning monsters, increased enemy movement speed and enemy projectile speed, no BFG 9000, and double ammo for each item collected.
