Description: After our two levels "La Galeria" and "Tomb of Terror" we started to create a new Level called " No Mercy" for Doom I ! The beginning of the level was genius but then it sucked. So, we rested for a while and after more than a half year - we're proud to present "NO MERCY" for DOOM II ! The design is really cool and the level is made for tha DOOM Elite. Of Coz you will ask: "Why another fucking Doom Level". We answere: "coZ there was a lot of crap in the boards we checked out ! This is no "CyberDemon vs. Human with Pistol" Level !! The level is VERY hard, but every fight is fair ! Ya only have to be a very good Doom player ! Also another idea was to bring in words and BBSs addyS from the local underground scene ! You will find them all in the "Elite-Only" Hall (TM)! There is a place in the level where you have to choose between three holes ! Just jump into the "Elite only" hole. If you manage to survive ya will reach the "Elite-Only" Hall (TM). Inside the hall there is also our special guest star [-hhR!] waiting for you (guy with six years of trading). On the walls you'll find a lot of interesting words, jokes and greets !

And always remember: ONLY LAMERS USE THE CHEAT !!

Sort-of excercise map. Try it if you like to kill first 4 barons in one room with a chaingun, then a pile of cacos, then a mix of some low-tire enemies and a cybie, then an av & two chaingunners, then a few ss solders, then a bunch of revs, etcetera. But if you expect some sort-of adventure, ambiance or gameplay, dislike unmarked doors or are allergic for infantile sounds: skip it. Overall: I doubth many players are waiting for this. 1* for the effort. BTW UV is, despite authors claim, disappointingly easy.x

This is dated March 1995. It's bulked up to 3mb with some screenshots and lots of terrible hissy new sounds. My advice to Doom level authors is never to record your own funny dialogue. The gameplay pissed me off in the very first room - like most of the rest of the level it's an undetailed square arena with a handful of medium baddies that you kill whilst circle-strafing. The first room requires you to find a non-obvious secret door. The rest of it is just as dire.x
