Description: |
Fairly big level, with two main areas...a small town, and a castle across the sea.
The main 'feature' is the Overlord (a cyberdemon) and his generals (four revenants) that watch over the town. They shoot at you from the safety of their castle. Easy to dodge their missiles, but don't stand in one place too long. |

| NB the ending only works if you *don't* kill the cyberdemon beforehand - he lowers from his perch into an underground cavern. That bit is quite clever but the author presumably expected you to use all your plasma ammo on the baddies at hand. | x | |

| This is dated July 1995. You fight 167 baddies in a simple miniature town level that sits next to a large moat, with a distant castle wall that has a cyberdemon and some revenants etc. You have loads of weapons and health, so it's easy, and the cyberdemon stands on a spot so there's no problem sniping him with the plasma gun. It's fun though. The ending is an odd flop (it reminded me of the lava monster boss battle from Quake - but without the lava monster). | x |
