Description: |
An epic level named after the Dragon Ball Z movie, Dead Zone. Hope it's worthy of the name. (BTW, keep in mind I made this level... WITH MONO!... well, symptoms at least. I never did get tested, but I'm sure I had it.) |

| Fantastic old school map, for sure. There were some traps I did NOT expect. The ammo balance, monster progression, and game play in the map was all perfect. The detail wasn't bad at all for '99, either. | x | |

| This is dated April 1999. It's E3M4, and has an E3 style; it looks crude but it's awesome fun, with 300+ baddies that attack you thick and fast, no messin'. Against it, there's a frustrating bit near the beginning with a cyberdemon in some narrow corridors, and it gets boring having to slowly chip away at barons etc with the single shotgun at the start; oh for Doom II's double gun. But it's still very good today and well worth playing. | x | |
