This is dated August 1994. The design is crude - the textures are generally appropriate, but unaligned, and the layout feels random, with every single theme including a one-room crate maze - but the gameplay is okay. You fight small groups of weak monsters, so it flows quickly, and the few mazes are at least small. It's a lot better than most of the other 1994 levels although very naff by modern standards.x
