Even for a 1996 map too primitive in all aspects. Not horrible, but just meh. Rated as such: small 2*.x

A very basic 4 door hub. Nothing really interesting happens and the large empty rooms look boring. Uses a glitchy sounding midi of Phantom of the Opera.x

I'm cutting this guy a lot of slack since this is a mid 90's wad & the level editors back in the day were not as easy to use as doombuilder. So i'll rate it as one (As if this was 1996) 3/5. Nice music, boring action, boring textures, and so on. This is a typical mid 90's style from a high school student at the time who was relatively new to map editing. If somebody made something like this in the 2000's or 2010's, it would have received a 1/5. x

The WAD in general is okay, for it's time. But, it being too easy, and showing a lack of true thought. 2/5 -Darknight98xx

The map works fine, but it's just way too easy (and rather bland). The only way I could find to make it interesting was to play it pacifist-style, and even that isn't hard.x

^ not sure what he's talking about, finished fine for mex

Poor; and impossible to finish, because the author forgot to assign a linedef action to an early door, thus making it a wall with a door texture. The design is large and blocky and I gave up hope in the very first room - which naturally leads you on a wild goose chase, if you go around clockwise and start at the top. Has some backwards speech, the author saying "surrender to the spell" with an echo. There's a reason why Don LaFontaine gets so much work - only a few people sound imposing.x
