Description: This map is a DOOM ][ conversion of my DOOM map called RRWARD01.WAD, released in 1994. This map is design for single player or cooperative multiplayer mode, though it does have features for DEATHMATCH built in. This map is quite large, over 560 secters. There are no "step wrong and die" traps - If you can get into an area (without cheating) you can get out. There are secrets, hidden doors and switches galore in this map.

This is dated January 1996. It's the Doom II version of id=593, which was apparently pretty sweet. By modern standards it seems very mazey and diffuse - it's one of those old levels where you wander around a lot of undetailed tech-dungeon corridors until you find stuff - but there are enough monsters and ammo to stop it being completely tedious, and it's fun if you're in an undemanding mood (but very switch-hunty).x
