It's okay. Not great. Pretty retro as I say. And yes you can miss most of the map if you run right through it. It's too linear. But nonetheless for 1996 it's pretty decent. By today's standards, no good. I'm giving it 2 out of 5 stars.x

This is dated May 1996. It's one of several early maps with generic names like "castle" or "dungeon" or "sewer". Why were level designers so in love with sewers? The level's main flaw is that you can finish it in less than twenty seconds by running straight to the exit, with a tiny detour for the blue key; in fact the map is structured so that you'll probably miss most of it. The layout, texturing etc is typical 1994, and there are only a handful of Doom II elements.x

OK-ish 1994 style map, but released in 1996, as the choice of editors and the .wad time stamp easily prove. Give it a go 3/5 -Maesx
