Description: |
This is a compilation of the WADs entered in Doomworld's ninth speedmapping exercise. Participants were given 100 minutes to create a Doom 2 level on a certain theme. This week's theme was to try and rebuild E1M1 without looking at the original. |

The levels in this WAD were all built in 100 minutes, so they did not have a chance to be thoroughly tested. Some bugs undoubtedly exist. |

| MAP01 is the most accurate one, however it has some flaws, the most notable one, the exit switch. MAP02 compensates accuracy with slaughterfest. kinda unfair, but amusing no less | x | |

| Two attempts to recreate E1M1 without peeking at the original. MAP01 is pretty close, but you only get one shot at entering the tunnel secret, and the exit switch doesn't work. MAP02 is so different it's hilarious, but at least it provides a fun, if brief, slaughterfest. A similar experiment, without the speedmapping requirement, would be undertaken almost eight years later (id=15757). -The Green Herring (July 15, 2009) | x | |

| Good job on the first level. The second level is fun for about 3 minutes. 4/3/07 | x |
