Description: |
Just for the hell of it, I decided to do a ZDoom only speed map. It's styled after Doom episode one, Knee Deep In the Dead.
I did cheat a bit, in that all the extra stuff (textures, flats, graphics and music) was added after the 100 minutes.
This was released on my website 02/06/01, all that has changed since then, besides this text file, is something so minor that I've forgotten what it was :) |

Pablo Dicter - his many Doom 1 style levels were a huge influence, especially his three No Hope For Life Episode 1 maps. |

You'll probably get stuck on the sloped bars. This is a ZDoom bug, and will hopefully be fixed. |

| Not bad for a quick map, not great either. | x | |

| Shoot the sparking wall panel to get the blue key. Clever tiny speedmap, very reminiscent of E1, that proves quite tough at the end. The worst part is that you can make something better in 100 minutes than I could manage in 100 days. 4/5 | x | |
