The map must have a lot of effect errors. But... I think it's the best map I've made in my ugly life. A lot of effects that I didn't know before. Thanks to the life's experience XD. A map very..., mmmm, varied in textures, but the architecture barely changes (you'll see).

I believe that trying to hide sectors below the "water" and removing their lights in the ceiling... It will look HORRIBLE if you're not using GzDoom.
