This is from 1996, from Japan. It has some nice manga wall textures, but apart from that it's not much cop; the layout is just one dumbbell-shaped room, plus a couple of extra rooms off the side that lead to the exit. There are only 50 monsters but you have one hundred and twenty metric tonnes of health and ammo. It would be too fiddly and hard to navigate as a deathmatch level and it's no fun single-player.
