| Gets off to a bad start, with a dark boring corridor and copy-and-paste square rooms. It doesn't progress beyond that. I can see why so many designers were enthusiastic about Egyptian-themed levels; all you had to design were square rooms. This uses dungeon textures and doesn't look like a pyramid. 126 mostly weak monsters, and you have masses of health and ammo. Has an easy cyberdemon fight (he's trapped on the spot). You can just run past the final battle. | x | |

| The gameplay of this level is quite poor. Fights and traps are unfairly difficult, and I doubt that it is possible to kill all monsters - it is hard enough to run past them all in a mad dash for the exit. Fights are generally set up in such a way that they are frustrating or boring rather than challenging. There is also a Chasm-style area, and if you fall in the lava you're dead. Bland visuals with nearly all 90-degree blank rooms and halls does little to improve things. | x |
