Description             : This is my atonement for those awful HMP
                          demos I did almost two years ago. Each
                          level is completed Master-style. They're
                          all very easy.

Notes                   : In MAP09, 100% Kills is only possible if
                          the Arch-Vile revives some monsters. He
                          didn't, so I only got 98% Kills. This is
                          acceptable because 98% Kills is the
                          maximum without the Arch-Vile.
