Another old level from the days when it was okay to slaughter your school (using your real name!). Like all the others this is just a boring load of square rooms and square corridors, but it's harder than most; there are 420 monsters, mostly tough ones, lots of archviles etc. Played as a kind of slaughter endurance map in the style of SQUARES.wad it's not bad, although it's basically impossible otherwise (unlike SQUARES.wad).

THE STORY

One day... you find yourself in the washroom at school doing the usual
thing, washing your hands before lunch because of some stupid chemicals.
Suddenly a gigantic rumble is felt and the lights flicker.  Apparently,
the whole school has been abducted by an ugly alien race.  Not only do
they want to kill you but they have also turned everyone at school into
aliens.  You, only armed with a pistol, must kill every student and
teacher. Finally you must kill the biggest, baddest, and ugliest
monster waiting in the staff room.  You can handle it, right?!

BEHIND THE SCENES

This WAD is a close representation of Elphinstone Secondary School.  When I
started this WAD, the Library was not under construction and now is under
construction, who knows what it is going to look like.  As for the other
rooms, such as the current library, I have shown this room to be the old
weight room.  As most of us WAD editors know, you cannot have a sector
on top of another sector; so, the upstairs classrooms could not go on top
of the other classrooms below like in real life. Thus, the classrooms
have been put on the other side of the hallway.

Copy the Elphi.zip into your doom2 directory...then unzip it using
pkunzip.

To play Elphi.wad type:      doom2 -file elphi.wad
