Like I said before it is very realistic, look at the screenshots and see for yourself. There are gas cans to blow up, desks, shelves, and most importantly 
u-boats, lots of em' too. Also you can go underwater without boom, he used a new colormap for the rad suit, which is now a bunch of scuba gear, some new textures for an added touch and teleport tricks. The level design itself was brilliant, it had the same wolfenstien feel, but took full advantage of doom's engine. He used the new textures very well, all of them lined up, well I didn't spot any that didn't line up, and I was looking. The puzzles were very difficult in some levels and pretty obvious in others so it really evens out nicely.

Item placement, spot on, very well done, there were some points where health was a bit slim so it took me a couple tries to get through a couple of the levels, but no harm done. The difficulty settings were, well, difficult. It is extremely hard on UV and about as hard as the IDsoftware levels below that.

This is one of the better tc's out there, there is no question about that, so go DL it and see for yourself, it is truly a more than worthy DL. And look out for the picture of Pimp Daddy himself, Bill Clinton, yeah there is a big picture, you cant miss him.
