Review - Sacha
A very brown metallic level! From start to finish this level utilises quiet a variety of metal textures, giving it a gloomy feel. The atmosphere which this conjures up, gives you a sort of feeling that the place is deserted. Of course when you actually play the level, you'll find out otherwise. If the level had ambient
sounds or perhaps even some outdoor areas, it would have even been better. The design of the level is not overly complicated, yet when I first played I did find that some of the switches within the level were actually quiet hard to find. This was mainly due to the fact that the author used many switch like textures
throughout the level, with roughly only 1 out of 5 being actual switches, with all the rest put in just for good looks. Its not that you can't see them, its just that after a while when you've seen about 50 of them, you tend to just ignore them and walk past. Each individual area in Ironhall is rather complex and quiet
unique in it's own ways. I noticed that nearly every room and corridor had substantial amounts of structural detail, giving the level a rather professional look. Its quiet clear that the author had spent a great deal of his effort into building on the looks of this level. I recommend Ironhall to anyone who likes a tough but fair level. Beware though, that this level does house a rather high amount of sargeants (shotgun dudes). I know their not that tough, but enough of them can really give you a big problem, especially if you're surprised!

Highs : Highly detailed level. Some of the sound effects are great. No areas look bland. Above average lighting effects. Many great traps.
Lows : Excess amounts of imps and sargeants. The level gets a bit boring in some places, especially in those areas where you have to kill vast amounts of the same type of monster, ie imp. No secrets in the level. Too much use of the 'metal' textures. Difficult to distinguish the 'real' switches from the fake ones.
    Overall: 7/10
