Plutonia II Difficulty Specs ============================ NB: this should just be treated as a rough guide to how the maps should play... it is also a guide to our testers to see if we should add or remove ammo or health. Abbreviations: ============== Monsters: Tr = trooper Sh = shotgunner Pig = demon/spectre (interchangable) Imp = imp Ch = chaingunner Br = baron Cyb = cyber-demon Spi = spider-demon Ca = cacodemon (not calcium :-) Pe = pain elemental LS = lost soul* Ar = arachnotron HK = hellknight Mn = mancubus Rev = revenant Av = archvile Ico = icon of sin** * note that wherever there are pain-elementals, there are also lost souls. ** the icon of sin, when specified, needs to be destroyed to end the map. Weapons: 1 = berserk 3 = shotgun 4 = chaingun 5 = rocketlauncher 6 = plasmagun 7 = bfg 8 = chainsaw 9 = SSG Powerups: S = soulsphere I = invisibility V = invulnerability C = computer-map M = mega-sphere L = light-amp (note that with lava, slime etc., rad-suits are automatically required) Ammo: SRA = strategies required in advance (some ammo hidden in secret areas) A number preceding anything indicates how many times it should appear on one map. (as in: 2S, 3M, 3Av, 2Pe...) Note that health does not include soulspheres and megaspheres. Difficulty refers to how many minutes and seconds it should take roughly to finish a map for a medium-good Doomer.
