how do i add nashgore to my wad

Why do you want to add it? It's already universal, so why not just make it a strong suggestion to use it with your wad? Even if you did add it, you'd have to update it every time Nash updates Nashgore.

I want to add it so people don't need to download nashgore to get the full experience of my wad

I'm pretty sure you can add it to your WAD using Slade 3
