8GB RAM
MOTHERBOARD : MSI H81M-E33 (MS-7817)
Can i run it low-medium ?
I runed doom 2016 vulkan api on ultra

The non-OC version of your GPU is the first NVIDIA card mentioned under the minimum specs in the link. Your CPU is about 100MHz short of the minimum recommended.

If id software have optimised the new engine as well as they have with 2016, then quite likely you'll be able to run it on low settings.

If you think there's a good chance your machine might struggle in any case, then you might want to wait for the demo before dropping money. At least if you're not intending to upgrade any time soon.

 

On Low, probably, I think the specs got updated yet again.

But anything above will require considerably more power, so Low @1080p is probably as high as it gets.

At low settings, probably.
You should be able to run it at 1440p/60FPS with high settings for sure though.

Depending on what kinda stuff he does outside of gaming it can be warranted. Like for 3D graphics rendering, using stuff like ZBrush and other such things. For gaming it is pointless, p much.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly lol. That NASA computer is completely overkill if it's solely used for gaming, which it probably isn't.

I think it's powered by the sun itself.
