Chip Posted July 29, 2021 depends, really. I think the game I've played the most might be GTA V, but I haven't played that in forever. Spiderman for the PS4 is probably my favorite game of all time, but I haven't played that much recently, either. I've really been into the Batman Arkham games lately, but just finished the last game yesterday. Ion Fury was fun but got boring and repetitive, so I stopped playing that. Wolfenstein I played, but when I started Youngblood, it got boring, and I barely made it past the first level of the game. I think I often just stop playing a game when I'm finished with it. I only 100% games I really like. DN3D, DOOM 64, and Spiderman PS4 are the only games I've 100% (also the lego superhero game. it's my sisters game, but I realized she only needed one more achievement to 100% it, so I decided to get it for her since she said she was done with it). I would 100% DOOM, but I could never bring myself to complete every level on Nightmare. 1 Share this post Link to post
Arrowhead Posted July 29, 2021 I play a lot of Quake Live - granted, I'm far worse at it then Doom multiplayer... but I still enjoy it. :) 1 Share this post Link to post
BaileyTW Posted July 29, 2021 Been playing Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead (an ascii roguelike that thankfully has tilesets) in between playing Doom or some SNES/GBA emulator games, like tried to get into Street Fighter Alpha 2 on snes for a bit before realizing laptop keyboard specifically is awful for fighting games, bad at simultaneous inputs. My only pair of earphones was struggling for a while and I had to like position em juuust right get a little sound out of em while I finished up the last wad I played (speed of doom) and now they do not work and someone threw em away. I am poor so no replacing that any time soon so no audio for anything. Really limits what I can do in general but also games, so no Doom for quite a while. I guess it's as good a time as any to get into Dwarf Fortress again. 1 Share this post Link to post

Obsidian Posted July 29, 2021 The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. Roguelikes are very good at wringing hours out of folks when they're done right and for my money TBoI is one of the very best. 1 Share this post Link to post

CasualScrub Posted July 29, 2021 Besides Doom, the games that I play most consistently are Hearts of Iron IV, Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts, and War Thunder for those historical military itches, as well as the Half-Life games, Left 4 Dead 2, and Fallout 3/New Vegas. There are also a couple of VR games that I play a lot, particularly Hot Dogs, Horseshoes, & Hand Grenades, which is a gun simulator, which heavily feeds into my love of firearms. 1 Share this post Link to post

BrassKnight Posted July 29, 2021 Tekken 7, I've been playing it non stop ever since I bought it on sale months back on the PS4. I bought it again in Steam because I didn't want to pay PS Plus subscription and the matchmaking is practically empty in PS4. 0 Share this post Link to post

vyruss Posted July 29, 2021 I always find myself falling back on the Soulsborne series - Path of Exile used to be a good one too, but then I find myself just asking myself "why am I wasting my time on this?" every new league they drop. 0 Share this post Link to post
