Oddly enough I had a dream about this last night. I was talking to someone about the most depressing band they had ever heard, and I countered with Murder City Devils. And then I was handed a USB drive with something labeled MOD. Or it might've been MCD, it was some stylized version.

Anyway, I've had Press Gang stuck in my head all day.

He was like you, he was like me. Twisting in the breeze. Left for the children on the street. The song resonates with so many times in my life, I'm not surprised it showed up in a dream.

I hope you enjoy them, I can't think of a single MCD song I don't like. It's a shame they didn't stick around longer, but what can you do? And I really should listen to the Pixies more, they have a very unique sound. I just never dabbled in them that much, might try it.

Pretty nice to have on in the background when reading something. Just the right amount of interesting stuff going on yet non-intrusive enough to not take away from one's attention. At least for me that is. Or just to listen to in general. Early BoH just sits well with me in general.
