Daytime Waitress Posted April 1, 2022 Stressful week ahead, and I'm making it worse by worrying about it before it happens. This is helping. 2 Share this post Link to post

Daytime Waitress Posted April 3, 2022 Brother Bill and the gang have probably been my most consistent favourites over the past couple of years, and they are back with an absolute banger. New album seems a lot fuzzier and more complex than previous outings at first blush, but hot damn dem hooks are still there. 0 Share this post Link to post

Jello Posted April 5, 2022 (edited) I woke up with Bauhaus' "All We Ever Wanted Was Everything" in my head. I haven't listened to Bauhaus for a few years, so it was kind of odd that it was in my head. So I've been listening to "The Sky's Gone Out" today. It's a good album. Edit: I replaced the music video with just the music. Because I don't really want to be told what I should feel through videos. Edited April 7, 2022 by Jello 1 Share this post Link to post

Jello Posted April 7, 2022 (edited) I really think this is a good song. I love how they mix jazz with punk on this album, and they really emphasize on the bass. There are quite a few bands that don't really do bass well, and it should be important. Victim's Family had an excellent bass guitarist. I might be biased towards the lower end of the scale, because I was a low brass player, but I like it when I hear it. Edited April 7, 2022 by Jello 0 Share this post Link to post
