That's a good one, but there needs to be a more polish password, one that is both strong, and also polish.

Whoever is responsible for this breach is a huge dumbass. @finnks13 made the excellent point that since the site is based on Invision Community, it's pretty stupid that they made a breach on a site like DW when there is little to no benefit. Like @NoXion said, there's little to no sensitive information here, unless you count the selfie thread, and even then that's public.

I'm sure there's other forums based on this software that would have been a much better catch. Why DW of all places?

Because they could. There really isn't any further logic or reason behind stuff like this. It's just someone with a tool finding an opportunity and going "I can, so I will". Trying to find anything deeper beyond that is more or less a lesson in futility.

These would all use OpenID, which is a whole other kettle of fish that I don't know much about beyond that it's not mentioned by the hacker in the OP.
