I just think it's unfair that this thread keeps on pushing other threads down further. MyHouse.WAD is great... I'll be honest. I'm getting kinda sick of it now. I know many that don't like them and according to the discord servers. There's quite a few doom fans that are saying they are only doing this for the revenue and publicity. Interesting move. This thread was only ever closed insofar as discussion moving to a different containment thread in Doom General instead of this forum, lol. All of the posts from that thread were even merged into this one after it was reopened. I don't really see how the other avenues of discussion should factor into this equation either - the fact of the matter is that MyHouse was originally posted to Doomworld and it's a bit ridiculous to go "yeah guys it's over we're done talking about it here, go post about it in YouTube comment sections and various Discord Servers instead" when those alternatives are often impermanent and even more prone to derailing, destruction, or low quality speculation. I've not really felt compelled enough to write my own thoughts about my experience with MyHouse down in this thread (for personal reasons more than anything), but I've followed it since people were originally investigating stuff like what the objects in the portraits were for, and I've enjoyed reading those experiences along with the people who've come in later and made their little blog posts about what they think/what this WAD means to them.
