I've always been really interested in deep sea creatures, particularly things like Siphonophores and deep sea jellyfish, like Peryphylla and Stygiomedusae (look those up, they are super cool). They're so bizarre and alien looking, and the the fact they exist in such an extreme environment makes them even more interesting. Siphonophores in particular are extra fascinating, as they're colonial animals made up of many individuals.

When you see stuff like this existing relatively close to home, its hard not to get carried away wondering just what goes on in the deep sea environments believed to exist on the moons of outer planets. 

On a more terrestrial note, I love cats and birds, especially Parrots and Corvids, they're super smart and have a lot of personality.

Ravens. My grandpa once had a pet raven, I named him Raffel after Raven Software's Brian Raffel. He later sold Raffel to a pet shop.

Certainly the crocodile and its relatives are my favorites (but far away from me hehe). This ancient and badass creature is sinister and inspires a lot of respect in me. It is also a brutal predator.

Favorite insect: butterfly
Favorite bird: not sure, most of them are pretty cool

Favorite fish: salmon. The only thing i got to do with fish is eating it, so it might be a biased pick
