Question

Hi, i'm trying to make a large level, and so far so good. (I even reminded myself to decorate some hallways.

The problem is that a large sector was created by doombuilder which I had to delete, as the sector was ruining some walls. This however has led to me needing to fix half of all the wall textures across the entire map. WHY DID DOOMBUILDER WANT TO SAY "**** YOU" TO ME LIKE THAT??

Do you mean that when drawing lines for a sector, it unintentionally created a sector from what had been void space? To prevent that from happening, make sure that the "Continuous Drawing" option in the menu bar IS selected, and the "Auto-Finish Drawing" option in the menu bar is UNselected. That should usually ensure that you have to explicitly create your sectors, the editor will no longer guess what it thinks you wanted to do.

Would have been better to Ctrl+ z. I've noticed that too, the linedefs turn a little thinner and the Wall is gone when you investigate in 3D mode.
