Hebonky Posted March 15 I say it all as one word, no drawn out I on ID either, just idgames 3 Share this post Link to post
DeetOpianSky Posted March 15 In niavety I pronounced id software as 'id' software. is as in the part of the mind in which innate instinctive impulses and primary processes are manifest. More recently I learned that it initially stood for "In Demand" software. Meaning Eye Dee would be more appropriate. So I still pronounce the company as id. I pronounce the games part like Rick James does at about 3:05 of this video: 3 Share this post Link to post
Clippy Posted March 15 Sorry I should have clarified that I need help with writing it as well 5 Share this post Link to post
DeetOpianSky Posted March 15 (edited) Short vertical line like 'i' but without the dot. Little c, a slightly taller vertical line like "d" but without the c; then put a dot over the short vertical line Little c then a dipping curved line like "g" but without the c, ames. I did actually go to idgames and on the page itself it is in all caps... so I'd say go with what you feel after watching the provided video, it's goated. 2 Share this post Link to post
