Wahrnehmungskrieg Posted May 11 (edited) While back watching someone restream Wolf II this song pricked up my ears; it has the difficult task of not only acting as an ambient piece for the level it is in but working as imitating the guiding missile pushing Blazko against the impossibly dissociative state he is in at this point in the game (and I wonder how far this was realised by the developers); he's Spoiler not only in the body of another man at this point, he's on another planet, and in the guise of yet another man. The music does a good way of expressing it, recapitulating that initial throb between the alternately distorted and cinematic interstitial moments Martin Stig Andersen - Lontano 0 Share this post Link to post

Daytime Waitress Posted May 12 Brother Bill's new solo album is gonna get a lot of time from me. The last Church of the Cosmic Skull album had some fantastic hooks on it, for sure, but it was also the third straight album with similar riffs and composition. Nothing bad, just nothing to blow me away like the first time I heard them. And so Bill's typical etheral and doomy style returning, but leaning now more synth and rock-operatic, is something I wasn't expecting, but will have a lot of fun exploring. 0 Share this post Link to post
