Well he did use it, although he only used it to crush a goblet to oblivion...

Attempting to make the Evil Hand from Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn
Basically, I'm planning to make this a useable weapon for my Evil Dead Doom mod. You can use this lil' critter to spook opponents to death, or simply throw it and it will chase the enemies and kill them...

Well, they are the same style, Blood-styled hands. What are you talking about?

Perhaps also if there's no targets it'll chase you instead like the Snarks in Half-Life 1

Looks cool!  I dunno if it's too late in the process, but if you want to make him that little bit more awesome, consider giving him a second set of arms, like this guy from R667.

Ill look into it. i saved a version pre-rig, and it should be easy enough to copy and paste the mesh a bit lower. and it being shrunk from 1080 to 95 means that most mesh flaws are not visible after.

That reminded me I was working on a very similar melee boss, the Doom 64 Pinky palleted for Doom 2. I don't think I ever shared it here.

 

Here's the sprites with offsets in a wad:

the doom pinky pallate works wonder, i will use it for everything
