You are doing a lot of "first map" mistakes here, you are not the first and will not be the last to make them.

  • Opening a door directly into the sky just looks silly
  • Same for  super tall door, put the door in  door frame if the room ceiling is taller than the door texture
  • You need to user "lower unpegged" on your door track texture to prevent them from moving
  • The sky texture should the applied to the tallest ceiling, the room after the red key just looks weird.
  • You have a lot of misaligned textures use auto align to fix this
  • Putting the lava texture on the floor does not make it hurt the player, this is a separate setting, as it stand falling just make you stuck, I would recommend adding a teleporter to get the player back up after he fall.

Hopefully you will learn form these mistake and make better maps in the future.
