Hi there, it's on the end of january 2024, but it's likely it will be changed to the end of february 2024.

Can't seem to find a deadline for the project, so unless I am a stupid man, I'd like to claim

the final slot available of the rocket launcher + berserk/chainsaw combo.

 

Edit: Nvm saw the deadline, achievable whether it's January of February. Also happy new year lol

You may want to download files from mediafire quickly because they tend to be really quick to delete them again

Hey everyone, just passing by to announce that we'll be extending the deadline down to february 29! This had been mention previously as a possibility a few times now but now it's actually official. 

 

Also, I'd just like to thank everyone who has been a part of this project so far, you are all amazing people and I'm glad I got to work on this project with you guys! :D

 

Anyways, I hope everyone's been having a great new year! And until the next time I remember to post on this forum...

so I have been testing and testing and testing and enhancing my map... hopefully.. fingers crossed this is my final version of my map... the par time is 10 minutes.

I'm glad I stopped by to play this I had an absolutely great time overall

 

This will probably be my last video for a minute because I am totally ready to finish my own project here but yeah that train stuff is amazing and I see there's more train potential in the future can't wait to see what you do next

thanks for playing this buddy :D I think I will update the map and make the monster spawn stop as soon as the last key is found

 

the key locations are random on each playthrough btw and there is also a room that overlooks the bridge where you can control the train and use it to squish monsters on the track

 

I dont mind the ghost monsters as much as it creates additional challenge. I did already tweak the spawn code to make the monsters less beefy but maybe they need to be nerfed a bit more.

 

Also it looks like a successfull train test :D Going to make a train map with a longer track and with more stuff to see along the way,

The reason I used the cyberdemon hoof is because I can only use stock doom 2 assets in this project and the cyberhoof sound on loop seemed like the best fit :)

new update to my train map based on clippys video :D

 

train is faster, track is longer, spawn is stopped when last key is taken, last room will spawn backpacks in case uv max people need it, seats in train are now blue and black and there is a secret 3rd weapon

 

main guns are ssg and chaingun

Hey everyone, sorry for the long silence again but I've got some bad news, about a week ago I caught a hell of a dengue infection and was even hospitalized for a bit. I'm getting better now but unfortunatly I'm still recovering so the project will have to be delayed again for a while :(.

 

However, on the good side, I've already started working on getting the maps togheter as a megawad!

 

But yeah that was all, but before I go I'd just like to say that once again I am amazed at the quality all these maps have been, keep up the good work people, you're all wonderful! :D
