opinions on pineapple on pizza?

Picture related to any "debate" over whether pineapple on pizza is legitimate.

In seriousness it's not my first choice; pineapple makes the roof of my mouth tingle and I don't care for that sensation.

Now personally I just like italian sausage on my pizza, but I think I might be able to try Hawaiian pizza next time. Maybe some anchovies and salmon too. I also like having a full rack of ribs and 2 pounds of lobster on my pizza to top everything off

Some people associate any mint with toothpaste or mouthwash and reflexively spit it out. I kinda understand after drinking a glass of what I was told was horchata, but tasted like a dentist's office.

 

But soggy cereal? I could understand when it's the last few bits in the bowl, but letting all of it get soggy? Captain Crunch's gonna tear apart more than just the roof of your mouth if he hears of this.

It is not physically possible to enjoy pineapple on pizza. And that's coming from someone who drinks apple and orange juice.

Not related to pizza, which I don't have very often, but sometimes I am tempted to mix counter-intuitive ingredients that usually don't go together. It's fine to try out something unusual once in a while, even though there's always the risk that the result will be junk. I've never managed to put together something really horrible that way, at least.

Near my house, there is a pizza place who send this:

It contains sour cream, mozzarella, chicken, pineapple, black olives and curry. It is a bit expensive. I prefer to order Japanese food like chicken katsu and sushis for example.
