Map 17, blue key area with the vile on top of a megaarmor - if you take the teleporter into the room first, kill the vile, and jump into the tiny pit, you'll get softlocked, because there's no way to raise the floor from there.

 

Also, you can drop down into the red key area from the castle wall - intentional?

Map 17 has only a yellow key.

At 18, you can jump from the wall into the yard. There's a secret on the ledge with the machine gunners.

Map 24, two things - when you reach sector 60, a door shuts behind you. There doesn't seem to be any way to open it so you become permanently stuck. Pressing the 'window' switch doesn't affect the door in any capacity.

Also, the cyb on the platform is stuck in GZDoom until you wack it into pain state once (I'm guessing this is a sourceport thing).

Some doors work for a shot. I didn't quite understand which cyb the question was about.

The cyb on the pillar when you grab the final key.

 

I tried punching the door, that also didn't work :(
