Wolfenstein is indeed Wolfenstein, but Keen is just misleading, it should be plural as there is more than one Keen!

Keen might be an irregular plural noun. You don't know!

The first part is kinda labby-looking, it's undergoing its transformation into a hellish place, much like the other levels in The Shores Of Hell.  Even the place names get corrupted halfway through (Halls Of The Damned, Spawning Vats and shit)
