Drywtler Posted June 9 Half-Life and Minecraft, in that order. Both were pirated so no registered hours there, plus Minecraft used to not preserve that kind of info very well. I do have HL now on steam raking up 100+ hs. On Steam the top 3 are: Clicker Heroes - 454.4 hs Terraria - 221.7 hs Sven Co-op - 127.8 hs Though Clicker Heroes is more idling for hours on end, and it should be even higher because I used to play it without opening up Steam most of the times, since it was a Flash game and my netbook at the time wasn't powerful enough to run it smoothly, with or without Steam tbh. On Epic I have Fallout: New Vegas which just passed 300 hs as of recently. I wonder how much time I've spent on The Battle Cats, been playing that on and off since 2018... 0 Share this post Link to post
Raith138 Posted June 9 Minecraft was played frequently when I was younger so I would guess it is that. Besides that it would be doom 2 and doom eternal. I also racked up over 200 hours on Geometry Dash a while back. 0 Share this post Link to post
LegendaryEevee Posted June 9 Skyrim // Fallout New Vegas // Fallout 4 // Fallout 3 // Pokémon GO // PSX Final Doom. Insane amounts for all of these. 0 Share this post Link to post
WASFDDDDD Posted June 9 I have a lot of hours in Gmod, Paint the Town Red and Postal 2, but honestly I prefer Ultrakill over any of those, I just don't play it as often Ultrakill and Doom 2 are both my favorite shooter games 0 Share this post Link to post
GreenAnime Posted June 9 (edited) Theoretically Adventure Quest Worlds till I gave up and botted that hell of a game. It was well worth it to reach the highest ranks, top tier dream classes, fashion, huge amount of requirement just to get that cool looking ass weapon, all combined with a cost of your entire sanity. Second is probably Monster Hunter Freedom Unite such a long grindy and super difficult game. Edited June 9 by GreenAnime 0 Share this post Link to post
Horus Posted June 9 Age of Empires II HD Edition at 764 hours Civilization V at 209 hours Age of Empires II Definitive Edition at 34 hours Last time I played any of them was early 2022. I don’t really play any video games other than Doom anymore, and I don’t spend a ton of time with Doom either. 0 Share this post Link to post
MFG38 Posted June 9 Aside the probably obvious, these are my Top 5 most played games on Steam: The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - ~390 hours Beat Hazard - ~340 hours BattleBlock Theater - ~245 hours DOOM '16 - 175 hours Skyrim - 135 hours Some non-Steam games I've put a respectable number of hours into: Quake III Arena Guild Wars 2 Metroid: Zero Mission 1 Share this post Link to post
Sokoro Posted June 10 - Path of Exile: over nine thousands! Like, literally 9163 hours.... It is ok game I guess... (If you are ever thinking about playing the game, then DON'T) - I guess Doom has a high place too, since I play it a lot. Tons of content. - I remember my Xfire account (that is what we used before steam) had like 4000 hours in UT2004. 0 Share this post Link to post
AtomIsTired Posted June 10 I have no exact count, but well over 4000+ hours in Minecraft. I only had an IPad and a tv for digital entertainment untill I was 9 years old. So I asked for Minecraft, my parents allowed it (which was very rare, we were not well off with money at that point), and here we are now :) In documented hours: Eternal with 921 hours. Doom 2016 with 264 hours. Persona 4 Golden with 161 hours. Doom 3 with 132 hours. Doom '93 with 79 hours (This does not include source ports, just the offical/Steam port). 0 Share this post Link to post
Votterbin Posted June 10 Going off of playtime according to my 3 main platforms (PC, PS5, Switch) Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (>1030 hours) Phantasy Star Online 2 (340 hours) DOOM Eternal (~310 hours between all 3 platforms) Cyberpunk 2077 (~240 hours between PC and PS5) Powerwash Simulator (~130 hours between PC and PS5) I don't have classic Doom here just because I'm not gonna count the mere low-double digit hours I have on the official rereleases on Switch and PS. If I took my classic Doom game time into account, I'd say maybe 300 hours since I first got into it in 2016 0 Share this post Link to post
Lippeth Posted June 10 -Countless hours of Doom and or Doom 2 without question, including all the source ports, wads and mods over the years. Probably the only game(s) in the actual thousands for me. -World of Warcraft would be fairly high up there for the few years I played it. Anywhere from 4 to 12 hours a day for at least two years. -Lot of stoned hours at a friend's house with Tony Hawk's Underground 2 and American Wasteland on PS2, mostly playing horse. We also played a comparable amount of NHL 06 and 07. -Final Fantasy XII on PS2 knowing full well it was the "worst" one, but I enjoyed it a lot. -Demon's Souls on PS3, GTA III and Vice City on PS2, tons more games on PS3, PS2, Dreamcast, SNES, etc. (Magnavox Odyssey 2 lol I didn't have an Atari) If only there was a way to account for all I played on any given platform or service. Anyway, here's a list of every Steam game I put any time into at all. I had played many more hours of some of them on consoles before getting a decent computer but there they are. Doom_Dude Posted June 10 (edited) I have a lot of hours in Guild Wars. So I loaded the game and did a /age command in the chat window... I have 5803 hours in the game. In Guild Wars 2, I have 3799 hours. No Man's Sky, 2300 hours. Fallout 4, 496 hours. Fallout 76, 553 hours. 0 Share this post Link to post
vyruss Posted June 10 Diablo 2: LOD. Pretty sure I got close to 6000 hours in that one. Path of Exile. 2164 hours. Dark Souls III I am sure I have close to 1000 hours as well. 0 Share this post Link to post
Astar Posted June 10 I've spent a huge amount of time in Oblivion in the past. Over 200+ hours in Splatoon 2. Team Fortress 2 - 672 hours VRChat - 543 hours Warframe - 277 hours CSGO - 239 hours Disco Elysium - 183 hours 1 Share this post Link to post

Colusio Posted June 24 10k hours in doom but I played at least 5k levels so that's doesn't compare to 350h in Zelda's Breath of the wild (and expansion packs). On steam 283 Witcher 3 inclusive the two addons. Finished none and never will. 190 Bioshock I,II,III ( Still playing Bioshock 2) 134,4 hours in Stalker Call of Pyripat. 102.9 hours in Ghost Wire. 91.4 Subnautica 86 Prey 27.7 Soma 0 Share this post Link to post

xX_Lol6_Xx Posted June 26 After purchasing a better computer I finally able to catch up with my favorite game ever, Left 4 Dead 1, don't know why but I like it more than it's sequel ;). 0 Share this post Link to post
Chow Yun Thin Posted June 26 Killing Floor 2: just under 1,500 hours, but that's a goddamn lie. Only 20-25% of that was actually spent playing; the rest was idling on the main menu for a half-hour to cheat the daily cosmetic timer. Diablo 2: definitely more than a thousand hours. And that would be even more if I hadn't stopped because of the game's now-godawful loot management system combined with the tinyass inventory space and my packrat tendencies. And all of this on Classic (i.e. non-LoD) to boot. I've never touched LoD other than installing it for that sweet 800x600 res because I would promptly go mad trying to deal with the charms, jewels, runes, Exceptional and Elite uniques, runewords and god knows what else. No More Room in Hell: 705 hours, about 600 in actual multiplayer and the rest in screwing around on a LAN server after the infinite ammo plugin infested almost every other server. Classic Doom: about ~500 hours altogether across the decades, + ~100 for Heretic I really don't like that Steam keeps track of playtime and wish I can turn that off. I think that alone has made me play less on Steam. I deliberately play the Q2 remaster offline and whatever time Steam tracks for that game is on the rare occasion I feel like getting fragged in multiplayer. 1 Share this post Link to post
DrRock Posted June 26 Cube 2: Sauerbraten: Lots of matches played in insta-CTF(pretty much the only server left for this) over the years on and off. Like way back when the sniper weapon used to be a glowing cross bow. And before the custom addition of passing the flag(that's fan-made, I think?). Super Street Fighter II X: Grand Master Challenge(aka Super Turbo): 183 hours according to Fightcade. Not a huge amount but I've stuck with it over the years, if irregularly. Everybody's Golf(aka Hot Shots Golf 2017): I've had weekly four player get togethers in my household for this game for the past few years, so quite a lot of hours. MDK2: If we're counting playthroughs and not necessarily time spent, then this one counts for sure. I must have played through it about fifteen times. Still a favorite. Love the visuals and audio. Unreal: Lots of playthroughs here as well, not sure how many. But it's a lengthy campaign, so I'd say it counts. Unparalleled FPS environments, even if they're primitive in their geometry. Simply a one of a kind game. Never touched the multiplayer aside from a handful of bot matches. On 6/11/2024 at 8:18 AM, heliumlamb said: Ichiro Mihara's Intensive Tetris (Part Two) Same. Oh no, like I'm presuming that all three of us - me, you, and Kaitorn - have ridiculous hours in TF2. I'm in the two-thousands, same with Kaitorn, and you probably have similar numbers. And on the TF2 community, I've already written a borderline inflammatory paragraph on how I feel about it lol, and its nothing posiitve 0 Share this post Link to post
