UDB not recognising WAD after using Slade

Yeah so I had fully made a WAD and added a MAPINFO lump but then realised I had an inaccessible staircase I needed to edit, but then when I tried to open the map back up in UDB it said that there was no maps in the WAD. I also made the WAD with an additional mod as resources (Brutal Doom to be specific) however it had worked fine when I was editing previously. Anybody know what I need to do to fix this?

turns out i accidentally deleted the endpoint of the WAD in slade but i fixed it now, thanks for trying though

Yeah, be extremely careful to never put anything between the start and end markers of map data. If there is garbage data inside a series of map lumps, or no end marker, the map won't function when trying to run it.

When you open the wad with Slade3 and want to edit the wad safely with UDB or DB2 then you can use

Set it up in Preferences - Advanced with the appropriate path to UDB, GZDB_BF,, DB2 or DBX
