...anyway with that joke out of the way, I'm trying to git gud at making some paint schemes for NASCAR Racing 2003 Season (iRacing for brokies like me)

 

This one I kinda took the idea of "What if Lincoln actually stuck around following John Andretti's brief test of a Lincoln Mark VIII?" a bit too far, with a heavily WIP Lincoln LS Base and a quick "slap together" scheme.

(WIP) Kyle Petty "NWO" 49 Design (I know this is a 2003 Winston Chassis and the original was mid-90s Busch Series Chassis, but i thought it would still be cool regardless.)

I Still need to add the extra sponsor stickers among a couple other things, but for the most part it's somewhat close to the intended finished product.

WIP Fictional Red Bull Fusion for potential leagues (if there really is any that runs the 2011 bodies)

I know Team Red Bull ran exclusively Toyotas, but i liked the late COT fusions, so here we are

 

Things I still need to do:
-fix the name
-Add the front end/side blue/silver swooshes

-tweak the hood red bull logo?

Never knew shit about NASCAR before going down the Assetto rabbit hole, and I still don't really understand it tbh, but it's grand to see modders still pumping out neato stuff for the classics - keep up the good work, brother brother!

Not abandoned! Just got sidetracked with the Red Bull Fusion haha, I did recently add a couple more decals to it since, but i'd rather wait until i have the complete Busch Set of sponsors added onto it before I import it again

 

Red Bull Fusion update: added some rear sponsors, fixed name placement, fixed number placement and tweaked the base color slightly to be a little lighter, i may still have some tweaking ahead of me (pictured on the right is one of the actual red bull cars)

Not sure if i will have room to add the extra mini Red Bull symbols under the taillights, but we'll see...

I present to you... my most accurate scheme to date....

THE BARN FIND GEN 6 COMPOSITE DODGE! (minus a decade's worth of rust, moss and everything, rest in peace, we hardly knew ye (apparently this one got chopped up last year when the sanctioning body found out it was still floating around, but hey all the moss got cleaned off before it did get chopped up so bonus points for slight accuracy i guess))

It's mostly accurate to the real thing! (how could i screw this up, it's literally all one solid color with no manufacturer decals whatsoever, apart from the window one that i forgot to take off myself, but we'll just pretend that doesn't exist)

there are some obvious differences between this and the real thing, mostly due to the mod itself utilizing the 2015 Dodge SRT Charger as a point of reference instead of the original new challenger the actual Gen 6 was based on, but beggars can't be choosers, especially considering how good this paticular Early Gen 6 mod is.

for some reason i thought this mod was at first gonna be the older COT Chassis with the old wing, but evidently not.

Took one of my other favorite motorsports (Formula One) and made a NASCAR Livery out of my favorite team/design (Jaguar F1, now Oracle Red Bull), bonus points if you notice little details about the design, this one is pretty much finished, the only thing i have left to do for it is Pit Row and maybe misc. polishing.

The obvious route would've been to make this an X-Type or an XK, but i decided an XJR would be more fun, it's also based on multiple eras of the Jaguar F1 Car (Primarily R4 and R5), with some aspects of my own choosing as well.

Since I did a 2011 fusion, Naturally a 2013 should follow suit.

Killed 2 birds with one stone, a throwback to one of my favorite liveries and a NextGen Car, though i took my own design liberties by using my number, casually sparking a tire war, and changing the manufacturer to Toyota (since a lot of Chevy drivers switched to Toyota in the Mid-2000s, so fitting.).

I Caved under (personal) pressure, and decided to just stick with the Toyota COT for the Red Bull personal car, I also finally did the front design and everything so it looks neat, still some tiny adjustments to be made but for the most part it's finished!

As a Bonus, I also did a Daytona 500 variant, featuring extra sponsors for Future Funk artist Macross 82-99 (i think the idea of making daytona exclusive liveries w/ music/movie sponsors is a neat idea)

I also added a Macaroni Grill contig sponsor, made the contigs more realistic to the actual Red Bull NASCARs, and changed my secondary sponsor from Sony to Pioneer!

 

I plan on doing more special variants, may do one for the All-Star Race among others.
