Joysticks have omnidirectional movement and you can choose the speed (You can do that with a wooting keyboard too), On most controllers you can't hit all of the buttons at the same (Like on a dualshock you can't press square and circle at the same time) which locks you out of certain combinations. For aiming i don't like joysticks because the movement feels "slidey", to me it feels like instead of just moving it where you want to it to go its more like tilting something to fall where you want it to, But i think it works for stuff like the Azeron Cyborg. Neither conventional controllers or keyboard & mouse are great peripherals in general though, Its just what people are used to so the design stays relatively the same.

ULTRAKILL, The movement and the gunplay are the best of any game i've played, The combat is fairly simple but incredibly deep because of how dynamic it is, The movement is also fairly deep because of how you can chain different movements together (Slides, dashes, walljumps, etc). And every single weapon is near perfected. And thats only mentioning the FPS mechanics. All the original marathon games are free on steam right now!

Flatpak uses Bubblewrap for sandboxing, If the permissions are wrong you can change them with the flatpak cli (or Flatseal for a GUI, Not sure how well it works on the Steam Deck though). Also DoomRunner has worked great for me out of the box on Flatpak and Nix.

I daily drive NixOS, Pipewire, Wayland & Hyprland (On an NVIDIA card). Almost everything works perfectly and if it doesn't there's always a workaround. Linux already has the best support for FOSS and Command-line utilities, And there are ways to get the main stuff that stops people from switching to work on linux (Like photoshop), Regardless the linux ecosystem almost always has a much better alternative to whatever you want (And saves money too cause its all FOSS).

Its not that its killing female demons, Its that he wanted to kill porn demons in doom enough that he cobbled together two incompatible mods just to do so. The demons in doom just happen to be that way, This guy went way out of his way to kill female demons specifically. I'm not making any assumptions about why OP made this mod but you can see how someone could find it concerning, right?
